DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
On our website, we currently offer shipping services exclusively to the United States. However, we have expanded our reach internationally through our Etsy shop. Please note that due to recent tax law changes, we are unable to directly sell and ship to customers in the EU & UK. To cater to these customers, we have established an Etsy shop where we can provide the necessary IOSS number required for customs. This allows us to ship our products to customers in the EU & UK more efficiently.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your order, as I am hand-packaging these to get them to you in the best shape. If you need your order to be shipped out sooner, please contact me at Cozyfaeriee@gmail.com.

Standard untracked mail will usually take 5 - 7 business days locally, but nationwide can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.
Once the order has been dropped off or given to the postal carrier it is no longer under my control. I am not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. But if something happens or have any questions regarding your order you can always contact us at cozyfaeriee@gmail.com -
HOW YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
If you choose untracked shipping, the packaging for your order may vary depending on its contents.
For sticker-only orders with free shipping, they will be sent out in regular 5x7 envelopes with a postage stamp. Please note that this shipping option does not include tracking.
However, if you prefer to upgrade your sticker-only order, it will be shipped in a rigid mailer instead of an envelope, providing additional protection during transit. This upgraded option includes tracking for your convenience.
For orders containing accessories or multiple items, they will be shipped in either a bubble mailer or a shipping box, depending on the size and nature of the items. These packaging options are designed to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we are happy to assist you with cancellations within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet been shipped. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. In such cases, all sales are considered final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
If you need to cancel your order within the eligible timeframe, kindly reach out to us at cozyfaeriee@gmail.com. Please include your full name and order number in your email, and we will gladly assist you with the cancellation and arrange for a partial refund if applicable.
Please note that certain types of orders, such as custom orders, pre-orders, and orders placed during a sale or at a discounted price, are not eligible for cancellations.
Additionally, we want to ensure that your order reaches you safely. Therefore, please be aware that if you choose untracked and uninsured shipping, we are unable to provide refunds in the event of any loss or damage during transit caused by postal services.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure you have a great experience with your purchase. Therefore, please note that all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. We kindly ask you to carefully review item descriptions, dimensions, and grading guides before making a purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS
At Cozy Bookish Gamer, we prioritize quality and strive to provide the best products to our customers. We carefully inspect every item before shipment; however, as humans, we acknowledge the possibility of a defective product slipping past us. If you have received a defective item, please reach out to us at cozyfaeriee@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product, and we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
To ensure a prompt resolution, please contact us within 2 weeks from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this timeframe will be considered as wear and tear and will not be eligible for a replacement. We value your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect shipping address, please get in touch with us right away. If your package has already been shipped and you did not notify us in advance, we kindly ask for your patience until the package is returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will be able to reship it to the correct address. Please note that in such cases, customers will be responsible for covering the reshipping fee.
